SUMMER TRIM DOWN DAY 5


Today is a cardio day. Many of you asked why the only cardio we did was a warm up and no long runs. The reason for that is Weight Lifting". By lifting weights our bodies are adding the muscles we want and changing our body compositions for better and forever! The goal for this week was to promote a muscle growth and and start building tighter, leaner and defined body you have always dreamed of. :) In my opinion, it is always important to kick jump with some weights and start building rather than loosing ( "skinny fat" ) and then move onto fat burning cardio.

However, GO FOR A RUN TODAY;) If you do not like running, get on the elliptical, stair climber or do some jumping jacks :) Any form of cardio is awesome! After you cardio, you will be working on your abs:

* 10 obligue crunches
* 15 regular crunches
* 20 bicycle crunches
* 25 reverse crunches
* 30 russian twists. For extra challenge, get a medicine ball:)
REST 1 MIN.
START ALL OVER AGAIN.

* 15 regular crunches
* 10 obligue crunches
You are done! Can you feel the burn???
After your work out, sip on almond milk+whey protein+peanut butter to help your muscles recover faster.
