SUMMER TRIM DOWN DAY 4



Morning morning!!!
Thursday is here and it means that the week is almost over. Day 4 of Summer Trim Down Series is here. Today, we are working on bombshell muscles: BACK+BICEPS;)
Training these muscles group will make you look super sexy in your little summer dress!
***PUSH YOURSELF BUT DON'T HURT YOURSELF...
After you are done lifting weights, head over to the elliptical machine and knock out 30 min medium intensity.  By lifting weights and doing cardio after you will burn more fat and see more muscle tone.
Let's get started!


  • One Arm dumbbell row 3 sets 8 reps
  • Lat Pulldown 3 sets 10 reps
  • Back Extensions 3 sets 8 reps. For more challenge, use a plate.
  • One Arm Preacher Curl 3 sets 10 reps
  • Biceps Curl 3 sets 8 reps
  • Laying Dumbbell Curl. 3 sets 10 reps. Laying on the bench, keep your handS close to the torso and curl. 
  • 30 min on elliptical, medium intensity.
