We are starting out day 37 with pedaling away from unhealthy choices. Yes, We are biking.. WHOO-HOOOO, HOP ON IT and I'm right next to you...

*** single leg squats 3 sets 20 reps

*** leg press 3 sets 20 reps

*** dumbbell deadlift 3 sets 20 reps

*** leg curls 3 sets 20 reps

*** glute bridge 3 sets 20 reps

***  leg extensions 3 sets 20 reps
