SUMMER TRIM DOWN WEEK 4 DAY 25
Today is NATIONAL BIKE DAY.
How are we celebrating it? Well, the answer is pretty simple. We will be biking:)
This is a great opportunity to save gas by riding a bike to work, to get some exercise in and to go back to our childhood. How fun can it be?
Grab a friend, a helmet and a bike and let's gooooo!!!!
