SUMMER TRIM DOWN SERIES WEEK 5 DAY 32


Hi everybody. Day 32! Wow:) Can you believe you have come this far? THUMBS UP to those who reached this point! :) We have a little more than a week left and I am sure you guys are going to make it all the way to the end.
You have been training soooo hard for over a month now and you must stay strong and positive to the end. This program is really great for beginners or anyone trying to trim down before summer comes. It takes only 6 weeks to shape up and change your habits but If you stick with your new lifestyle, the results will remain for life.

Today is Cardio and Chest and Shoulders Day.
We are starting our day with 40 min on Stair Climber. Try to increase your level every 10 min. START WITH LEVEL 9.
If you dont have an access to the stair climber, find some stairs that you can climb up. :) It can be in your house, local park, school, etc.


Your PM workout will be chest and shoulders!

* Barbell Bench Press 4 sets 12 reps

* Incline Dumbbell Press 4 sets 12 reps

* Dumbbell Flies 4 sets 12 reps

* Plyo KettleBells Push Ups 4 sets 12 reps

* Side Lateral Raises 4 sets 12 reps

* Front Lateral Raises 4 sets 12 reps

* Standing Dumbbell Upright Row 4 sets 12 reps

* Arnold Press 4 sets 12 reps
