Summer Trim Down Series Week 2 Day 12


Happy FitFriday everybody. Today we are working all muscle groups because its a full body routine. This workout should take about 30 min. This workout does not need any equipment and can be done anywhere. So, all you need is time!!!
NO EXCUSES 


^ 1 min Jumping Jacks
^ 1 min Squat Jumps
^ 1 min Burpees
^ 1 min walking Lunge
^ 1 min Skaters
^ 1 min spiderman plank ( right )
^ 1 min spiderman plank ( left )
^ 1 min High Knees
^ 1 min Shoulder Tap Plank. Get in the push up position with your hands shoulder width apart on the floor. Lift your right hand and tap your left shoulder, trying to maintain the balance. Return to the start and repeat the movement. Make sure you are not rocking back and forth and keeping your hips square to the floor.
^ 1 min Plank Jacks

Repeat two more times.
