Summer Trim Down Week 3 Day 20



Today is your rest day. Make sure your muscles recover because tomorrow we are starting all over again. Focus on your diet today, go shopping, prepare meals and simply have fun. 
So, how are feeling after completing a third week? I'm hoping awesome. Your energy level should be getting higher and higher every day. Your endurance and strength should be increasing as well. Take time to think of this past week, rate your nutrition, workout and overall feeling. Let me know how your week went.
