Summer Trim Down Series WEEK 1 DAY 1


Morning everybody.
 I hope you all enjoyed the weekend and got plenty of rest. Today is the first day of Summer Trim Down Series. WHAT DOES IT MEAN? It means that you all are on your way to change yourselves. Today is your first day to a new healthy lifestyle, new healthy body and commitment. Are you ready for our first workout together? I AM THERE FOR YOU... DON'T BE AFRAID. PUSH YOURSELF AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED WITH THE RESULTS!!!

WEIGHTS:

* You will be doing 3 sets of 12 repetitions
* 1 min of rest between the sets
* The amount of weight you will be lifting is up to you but make your weight challenging. The last two reps should be difficult to finish.

DIET:

*Eat your first meal within an hour of walking up
* Plan your meal ahead. The best time to grocery shop and cook is Sunday. If you don't plan ahead, you setting yourselves for a failure.
*Eat small meals every 3-4 hours to keep the metabolism going
* Measure everything you eat, drink and snack. EVERYTHING
*Drink lots of water. You should be drinking half of your body weight.
*Take daily multivitamin and calcium supplement.
* No carbs after 7. No food 3 hours prior to bedtime

Today we are kicking it with "Chest+Triceps Workout!

Start with 10 min warm up and light stretch.

  • Push Up 3 sets 12 reps
  • Dumbbell Press 3 sets 12 reps
  • Dumbbell Flies 3 sets 12 reps
  • Cable One Arm Extension 3 sets 12 reps
  • Triceps Cable Pushdown 3 sets 12 reps
  • Bench or Machine Dips 3 sets of 12 reps
10 min cool down and stretch.
